URPoint Details
A small reservoir on the east coast of the Isle of Bute, is a half-mile (1 km) west of Ascog and 1ﾼ miles (2 km) southeast of Rothesay, which it supplies with drinking water. Retained by an earth embankment dam, it covers an area of 42.1 ha (104 acres).
