URPoint Details
The Church of St Swithun in the cruciform style dates from the 12th century and was originally part of the Augustinian priory. The massive central tower has a fine stair turret. There are perpendicular windows in the north of the nave, all with clear glass.
On the western wall of the south transept corbel stones that supported the roof of the cloister are visible. The church is a grade I listed building. Grade I listed building
