Leominster Golf Club

Restrictions: Denim clothes, collarless shirts, tracksuits and training shoes may not be worn on the course. Tailored shorts and short socks are permitted. All golfers must have their own club and golf shoes must be worn.
Built in 1967, this 18 hole course, par 70 and a legth of 6029 yards offers a real but fair test with a mixture of holes, some wandering along the River Lugg and other overlooking the valley with outstanding views of the Herefordshire countryside. The feature hole is the 7th along the river requires a positioned drive for the approach shot to the green. The longest hole is the 12th, 479 yadrs initially up hill. Require two good shots to have chance of chip to a protected green. Facilities: Clubhouse, bar, catering, coffee shop, golf shop, putting green, equipment hire and tuition. A driving range is situated adjacent to the golf clu. Coarse fishing also available along 1000 yards of the River Lugg.
