URPoint Details
A statue on the front of the village clock carved in 1666 by the Laird Gifford, a Covenanter and skilled stonemason. The clock is on the site of a well, disused since Victorian times.
The Laird also executed panels 1660 & 1678 on a house opposite, depicting Lady Gifford and the entire family genealogy.
