Well worth a visit, but don’t go to fast otherwise you’ll have be fished out of the harbour, as the hill is so steep and there is almost nothing to stop you.
This is one of the most beautiful remote areas in the north of Scotland where Loch Cairnbawn an inlet of the picturesque Edrrachilles Bay.
To the east the lochs of Glendhu and Glencoul penetrate deep into the road-less hills.
The distant peak of Ben Leoid rises to 2,597ft.
At the head of Loch Glencoul and the waterfall of Eas-coul-Aulin drops 600ft into a valley beyond Loch Beag and can only be accessed by foot or boat and when in flood is reputed three times higher than Niagara Falls.
South of Kylesku on the road to Inchnadamph you drive through the pass between Quinag at 2,563ft and Glasven at 2,541ft
