Kinross House was built by the Royal Architect to Charles II, Sir William Bruce, as his own home and is one of the finest examples of late 17th century architecture in Scotland.
It is set in formal gardens with rose gardens, yew hedges, topiary and herbaceous borders.
The grounds are on the shore of Loch Leven, opposite the castle where Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned in 1567.
