URPoint Details
Situated on Score Bay and on the road leading round the northern tip of the island linking Uig with Flodigarry and is famous as the burial place of Flora Macdonald who died in 1790. A tall Celtic cross marks her grave and has a tribute by Dr Johnson who had stayed here. Kilmuir - Mary's cell, church or chapel
