URPoint Details
The 14th century St Mary's church sits on top of the hilltop and overlooks this pretty and delightful little village and was mentioned in the Domesday Book. The roof of the south porch is beautiful and divided into 16 panels filled with and surrounded by elaborate tracery. The unusual lectern has delicate buttresses attached to its octagonal shaft.
