Situated on Kentallan Bay, an inlet of Loch Linnhe, with Ben Vuir rising 3,362ft in the background where from the summit the Glencoe mountains are spectacular with Bidean nam Bian rising to 3,766ft. The western shores of Loch Lomond with Loch Sloy to the northwest beyond Glen Sloy and overlooked by Ben Vorlich at 3,092ft from the north.
