Kames Castle Cottages - Port Bannatyne

Traditionally furnished Victorian stone cottages in tranquil setting on a private estate on Kames Bay.

Four courtyard cottages are next to the listed, 14th century keep and the other two cottages are by the 18th century walled garden. The cottages all have central heating, linen, towels and lighting included in the rental. Dogs are welcome in most of the cottages.

Beautiful woodland, mature specimen trees, Rhododendrons, Azaleas and lawns extending to 20 acres.

Shops and tearoom ½ mile at Port Bannantyne. Rothesay 2½ miles, golf, fishing, horse riding and sailing available nearby.

Lovely walks, ideal for bird watching and historical sites and beautiful sandy beaches 2 miles away at Ettrick Bay.
