With its thatched roof in Ingham is well worth the detour. Built in the 14th century it was originally part of Ingham Priory until its destruction by Henry VIII. The accommodation is delightful with four posters and all rooms have ensuites. Meals are excellent with either a la carte or at the bar. Outdoor patio area is ideal for warm days and there is a delightful log fire in the winter.
