URPoint Details
The church of St Nicholas has several features which make it memorable. The decoration includes an Elizabethan monument with South American Indians, and a game of Nine Men\'s Morris has been carved on the window-sill. It is a good example of Transitional Norman architecture and has excellent 17th century woodwork.
The furnishings are later and were the work of a recent rector.
