URPoint Details
An attractive village on the Henley Road, famous for its picturesque lock, its church and 'Ye Olde Bell Inn' - one of the oldest in England, there are some delightful half-timbered cottages.
The nave of the parish church is part of the old monastery and most of the windows and doorways are Norman. Much restored in the 19th century now shows some Anglo-Saxon work.
