The 14th century of St Andrews Church tower in the Market Square can be seen for miles around. The interior has fine arcades with clustered columns and the east window is large, there is German stain glass dating from 1813. One of the most impressive monuments dated from the 15th century is to Lord Morley. The main arch of the tomb is enclosed within a magnificent framework.
