Founded in 1911, this is a championship course - 6858 yards, standard scratch score 74. A most picturesque course set into the high sandhills of the Southport coast. Hillside has hosted many important Amateur and Professional rounds and is widely acknowledged as possessing one of the finest tests of Links Golf anywhere in the country.
