URPoint Details
The Church of All Saints with it's Perpendicular tower base boasts an 18th century parapet with obelisk pinnacles. 13th century transepts are juxtaposed with Perpendicular arcades and clerestory. In the North chapel is a notable monument dated 1754, Corinthian columns and pediment frame sarcophagus on which the figure of Lord Shelburn reclines, dressed as a Roman, his wife behind. Figures either side also wear Roman dress.
