An attractive early 19th century mansion house set in 107 acres of parkland, housing a wide range of exhibits including displays of famous knitwear and hosiery manufacture and natural sciences. There is a Victorian schoolroom, and temporary exhibits throughout the season.
The Scott Gallery shows exhibitions of contemporary art and craft.
