URPoint Details
This is Wendover's northern neighbour and a village set alongside the extensive RAF training establishment. The mansion of Halton House acts as its officers mess. It was built in 1884 in the style of a French chateau, by Baron Alfred de Rothschild. The church dates from 1816 and was remodelled seventy years later.
