North-west of St Neots and extending over several miles from the edge of Grafham Water south to Little Staughton Airfield on the Bedfordshire border, this very extensive parish is crossed by the St Neots to Kimbolton road on which Great Staughton and Staughton Highway villages almost run into one another.
Great Staughton boasts a lovely Perpendicular church and the 18th century Staughton Manor is set in attractive parkland.
Staughton Highway retains its ornate 17th century village cross and across the fields is the site of a recently excavated Roman Village of the 'corridor' type.
