URPoint Details
St Mary's church is a little gem with many fine features from Early English to Perpendicular. The entrance door is 15th century and good tracery and inside is a large 17th century Commandment Board with representation of Death, Heaven, Hell and Judgment and a lovely set of Royal Arms dated about 1688.
There is an interesting old screen, carved benches and a 13th century font.
The church was Grade 1 listed in 1959.
