URPoint Details
To the north of Winslow is Great Horwood. Mostly rebuilt after a fire in 1787, it has many pleasing Georgian houses and a mostly Perpendicular church. Roughly a mile apart is Little Horwood. Its church, heavily restored in 1889, has early 16th century wall paintings including the rather macabre Seven Deadly Sins.
