URPoint Details
This little village has had some great finds revealed when excavations turned up the skeleton of a Stone Age man and the remains of a Roman villa and fort and a cache of coins.
The church of St Peter and St Paul is mainly 13th century but the west tower was added in the 15th century. There is a Norman font and a fine Early English chancel.
