Govan - (Baile a' Ghobhainn)
The church is on the site of an early monastery and in the chancel is a sarcophagus reputedly raised over the tomb of St Constantine, the founder who undertook missionary work at the request of St Mungo, the patron saint of Glasgow.
Haggs Castle to the southeast is the old seat of the Maxwells and over the door is the date 1585.
