Godmanchester - Church of St Mary the Virgin

 The mainly Perpendicular parish Church of St Mary is one of the largest in the county and is built of brown cobbles and the ashlar-faced tower is dated 1623.  The chancel is Early English and has a rare 13^th century mass dial on one of the buttresses. The rood-screen dates from 1901, but the misericords on the 15th century choir stalls are from Ramsey Abbey.
