A picturesque 12 acres garden begun in 1979 and hewn from the hillside creating two ponds, is a rich habitat for rare species of Alpines, scree plants and conifers. There is a woodland with bluebells, snowdrops and daffodils in spring and rhododendrons, azaleas and shrub roses in summer.
