URPoint Details
An attractive village beside the River Ouse, where Sir Francis Drake, once lived at Gayhurst House. It was a meeting place for Sir Everard Digby, Robert Cateby, and Thomas Winter who were the leaders with Guy Fawkes of the Gunpowder Plot.
