One of the most important houses in Ulster, built in the mid-18th century by John Cole, father of 1st Earl of Enniskillen. Contents include fine rococo plasterwork and good examples of 18th century furniture.

The 600 acre park with the Florence Court demesne, created in 1789 by William King for the 1st Earl of Enniskillen, features a serpentine avenue, the white walk (which leads through rolling park and woodland). To the south the pleasure ground created in 1840 to the design of James Frazer (1793-1863), is rich in azaleas, rhododendrons and viburnums. The original Irish or Florence Court ye (Taxus baccata รข fastigiata') still grows on the estate, was found growing wild in the 1760s, this tree can only be propagated by cuttings. There are many old estate features such as a walled garden, summerhouse, ice house, eel house and bridge have survived and are being slowly restored.
