Fermyn Woods Country Park - Brigstock

Access to wheelchair users, disabled toilets; admission and car parking free; picnic meadows, forest walks, and wildlife observation; visitors centre Information and Ranger service.

Formerly a sand and gravel pit, the Park's 37 acres of richly varied landscape features natural habitats including ponds and marshes.
There is access from the park into Fermyn Woods for a circular walk through a mixed woodland, once part of the ancient forest of Rockingham.
