URPoint Details
In the north of the District, Farnborough is the highest village in Berkshire and stands 720 feet up on the Downs.
A small place of only a few houses, it has a part Norman, part Perpendicular church and a surprisingly large rectory that dates from 1749.
A projecting porch and central feature topped by a bell cote was added in about 1800 to give the house a distinctive appearance.
