Emmeline Pankhurst (Goulden) born 15 July 1858 at Moss Side, Manchester. She was a British political activist and leader of the British Suffragette movement which helped women win the right to vote. She organised the Women's Social and Political Union in 1905.
She died 14 June 1928 at Hampstead, London.
