Car park; toilets; exhibition;s visitor centre; shop and picnic area. Disabled parking at custodian's point, but disabled visitors may be takes right to the castle and garden entrance. Car park has gravel surface with grass with some cobbles in castle grounds. Ramp to visitor centre. All parts of garden are accessible. The castle is not suitable for physically disabled visitors.
The beautiful walled garden at Edzell is one of Scotland's unique sites, created in 1604.
The 'Pleasance' is a delightful formal garden with walls decorated with sculptured stone panels, flower boxes and niches for nesting birds.
