URPoint Details
A pretty village on the River Maun, close to the older tracts of Sherwood Forest, and there are some very old oak trees, including the Major Oak which is said to have sheltered Robin Hood.
The church is largely 13th century and is believed to be where Robin Hood married Maid Marian.
