Edlesborough - Church of St Mary the Virgin

The Church of St Mary the Virgin (Churches Conservation Trust), is in a striking position high on an isoliated chalk hillock above the Dunstable Plain, this 13th-15th century church has a massive 14th century limestone tower.
Inside are some wonderful furnishings, an outstanding 15th century scree, a canopied 'wine glass' pulpit, stalls, fine brasses and monuments.
