URPoint Details
The village has two castles, one the ancient ruin of Bronsil and the other Eastnor dates from 1800.
There are remains of a British Camp on Midsummer Hill.
The church, school and some pretty timber-framed cottages cluster around a green with a roofed drinking well given by the temperance campaigner Lady Henry Somerset in the 1890s. There is still no pub.
