The Castle also has an accessible roof terrace, accessible toilets, shop and café-restaurant. All dogs, including guide dogs, are welcome in the Castle, Park and cafe.
The highlight here is the famous oddity, the Great Globe, a 40ton Portland stone representation of the world, 10ft in diameter which was placed here in 1866.
