A mile east of town is Gordonstoun is where both the Duke of Edinburgh and Prince Charles.
Duffus has easy access to the expanse of cliff-top between Covsea Lighthouse and Hopeman with steps which can be dangerous especially in wet weather leading down to the small Primrose Bay.
