Drymen Bridge spans the Endrick Water was built in 1765 and widened in 1929.
The ‘Buchanan Arms’ Inn has fine gardens where you can see Loch Lomond as well as being a most hospitable hostelry.
In extensive grounds bordered by the Endrick Water stood the former Buchanan Castle a seat of the Duke of Montrose, the head of the Clan Graham.
