Large tower-house beside the River Eske, built in 1505 for Red Hugh O'Donnell, and much added to in the 17th century by Sir Basil Broke.
The castle has some fine furnishings including Persian rugs and French tapestries.
Interesting information panels show the history of the castle and its owners from the O'Donnell chieftains to the Brooke family.
