Southminster and Burnham Cycle Path Association hold The Icycle Ride on New Year's Day. Starting at the George V playing field in Southminster, there is either a ten mile or a 12 mile route to choose from via Asheldham or Tillingham. Children under 14 must have an adult accompanying them. There will be prizes for the best fancy hat.
