The tenement building the birthplace of Scotland’s greatest explorer, has displays which show his adventures and life from his childhood in the Blantyre Mills to his explorations in the heart of Africa.

There is also an art gallery, social history exhibition, children’s animated display, and African playground and riverside walk.
