Clusters of thatched cottages and a pond and has to be one of the prettiest villages beside the river Kennet.
Dalham Hall belonged to the Rhodes family of which Cecil was a son, and where The Duke of Wellington lived for some years.
Built in the early 1700's has lovely tree lined avenues including one which leads directly to the church.
