Castle; Visitor Centre; licensed restaurant and shops: open April to October, daily 10.30am-5.30pm (last admission 5pm). Other times by arrangement. Country Park: open all year, daily 9.30am-sunset.
Visitor centre includes shop licensed restaurant introductory exhibition to Culzean, auditorium and information and ranger service. Disabled car parking spaces throughout the park disabled visitors may be set down at the main door of the castle disabled drivers may park at the castle. All rooms in castle on display are wheelchair accessible (lift to first floor) ground floor only at Centre is wheelchair accessible. Gardens: firm gravel and grass paths in walled garden several steps in Rose Garden. Fountain Court access is via graded path down the side of the Viaduct disabled people may be dropped off below the Viaduct for easy access. Woodland is partially wheelchair accessible along main paths in dry weather when the surface is firm uneven surfaces in places access by ramp to hide at Swan Pond (not for the faint-hearted).
