URPoint Details
These famous sands lie to the west of Findhorn Bay facing the Moray Firth and extend to over 3,600 acres, and 100ft high now planted with Scots and Corsican Pines.
In 1694 a disastrous sandstorm covered the once fertile land and even now there are still relics to be found with the shifting sands.
