URPoint Details
The reserve is at the end of an unclassified road running north-west from the village via Cross Street off the High Street.
Crowle Waste consists of raised peatland with birch woodland, heathland and acid peaty pools. Uncommon plants include cotton grass and sundew, and there are 30 species of breeding birds and the large heath butterfly.
