Chester Castle: (EH), Agricola Tower and Castle Walls, access via Assizes Court car park on Grosvenor St. Castle walls open any reasonable time; cell block open April to end October, daily 10am-6pm. November to March daily 10am-4pm. Wheelchair access to parts.
Set in the angle of the city walls, this 12th century tower contains a fine vaulted tower. There is an exhibition in the nearby Guard Room.
