URPoint Details
The fine pale grey limestone Church of St Andrew is Norman to Perpendicular with its quaint gargoyles stands in Chedworth Woods. The north nave arcade and the font are both Norman. The pulpit of carved stone is 15th century and the nave roof is late Gothic. There is also a picture of Elizabeth of York, wife of Henry VII supposedly dated from 1491 when she visited the village.
