A pretty village with some delightful black-and-white half-timbered cottages and some of honey-coloured stone and a wonderful 14th century pub called the Talbot Inn.
The 14th century Church of St Cassian is dedicated to him as he was murdered in the village. It has a 12th century font and an 18th century tower surmounted by a recessed spire.
To the northwest is Harvington Hall, a moated 16th to 18th century house, with secret hiding places.
