Castlelaw Hill Fort, (HES), off the A702, 11km south of Edinburgh. Free access at all times; car park.
Occupied in Roman times, this small Iron Age hill fort consists of two concentric banks and ditches. An earth house is preserved in the older rock-cut ditch.
