The remains of a Priory founded in the 11th century the remains are extensive and well cared for and set in farmland bordering the river Nar. The great west front of the church is a wonderful 12th century example of elaborate architecture. The prior's lodgings has a fine bay window and some of the rooms are still intact and contain interesting relics. The flint and brick gatehouse is very interesting as is the walled herb garden.
