The farmhouse which sleeps 9/10, has four bedrooms with bathroom upstairs, and the fully fitted kitchen, utility room, toilet, lounge, hallway and lounge are downstairs, with a patio for barbecues.

'Ystabal' is a split level cottage, sleeps 6+cot with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and lounge, kitchen/diner and 1 bedroom on the upper level, there is also an enclosed patio at the rear. 'Ysgubor' sleeps 4+cot all on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen/diner and lounge with original beams and coal fire, there is also a patio with this cottage.

In the freedom of 33 acres of fields and hills where the family can relax and enjoy the walks, picnics, wildlife and is an ideal place for children as there are no roads to cross. Ideally located near Snowdon with the beach, pub, village shop and post office only a few minutes away.
